2. Services Overview

Technext provides the following professional services:

2.1 Mobile App Development

Scope: We design, develop, and deploy mobile applications tailored to client requirements.
Delivery Timelines: Development timelines will vary depending on the project’s complexity. These will be agreed upon before the start of the project.
Ownership: Upon full payment, ownership of the app’s source code will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Maintenance: Post-launch maintenance or updates are not included unless explicitly outlined in the agreement. Separate maintenance contracts are available upon request.

2.2 Web Development

Scope: We create responsive and user-friendly websites, including e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and custom web solutions.
Hosting and Domain: Clients are responsible for purchasing and renewing their domain and hosting services unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Testing and Delivery: Thorough testing will be conducted before the final website handover. Any additional changes after delivery may incur additional charges.
Ownership: The website and its source code will belong to the client upon full payment.

2.3 UI/UX Designing

Scope: We provide intuitive and user-centric interface designs for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
Deliverables: Clients will receive design files in agreed formats such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Feedback and Revisions: Up to two rounds of revisions are included in the design process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Usage: Designs are for client use only and may not be resold or distributed without Technext’s consent.

2.4 Graphic Designing

Scope: We create promotional materials, brand identities, and digital assets, including logos, banners, brochures, and more.
Deliverables: All designs will be delivered in agreed formats, such as PNG, JPEG, or PSD files.
Copyright: Ownership of graphic designs will transfer to the client upon full payment. Technext reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted in writing.

2.5 Internet of Things (IoT) Solutions

Scope: We provide IoT-based solutions, including hardware integration, sensor setup, and software development.
Components: Hardware components (if required) must be purchased by the client or provided at an additional cost.
Project Limitations: IoT solutions are tailored for specific use cases. Any additional features outside the agreed scope may require separate agreements.
Support: Ongoing technical support for IoT projects is not included but can be arranged under a separate contract.

2.6 Data Analytics

Scope: We offer data analysis, visualization, and reporting services to help clients make data-driven decisions.
Data Security: Technext ensures the confidentiality and security of client data. Data shared for analysis will not be disclosed to third parties.
Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, the insights provided are based on the data provided by the client. Technext is not liable for decisions made based on analysis outcomes.
Deliverables: Deliverables include dashboards, reports, or insights as per the agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Technext or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to:

6. Internship Terms

Non-Refundable Fees

Fees paid for internship programs are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed at Technext’s sole discretion.
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to help@tech-next.in and will be evaluated case-by-case.

Eligibility

Internships are available for students, fresh graduates, and professionals.
Program eligibility requirements will be communicated during enrollment.

Conduct and Termination

Participants are required to maintain professional conduct and integrity throughout the program.
Any form of misconduct, including plagiarism or unethical behavior, may result in termination of the internship without eligibility for a refund.

Completion and Certification

Internship certificates will only be awarded upon successful completion of the program requirements, including project submissions and evaluations.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined during the project onboarding process.
Projects will commence only after receipt of an agreed-upon deposit or full payment as specified.
All payments made are non-refundable unless Technext fails to deliver the agreed-upon services.
Technext reserves the right to withhold services until payment is confirmed.

8. Refund Policy

Fees paid for services are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@tech-next.in and will be evaluated at Technext’s sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Technext is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Any damages arising from delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as server downtime or third-party failures.
Loss of revenue or data due to errors or misuse of the delivered services.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided on the website.
